Lush Lash & Brow Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Lush Lash & Brow, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review our booking policies carefully before scheduling. 48 Hour Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No Show Policy Clients who fail to show up to their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a missed appointment fee of up to 100% of the reserved service total. After 1 no show, future booking privileges will be denied. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service depending on schedule availability. Respecting Our Team’s Time Our artists reserve time specifically for each guest. Last minute cancellations and missed appointments directly affect our providers and scheduling availability.
